Hello! I’m Melody. I’m an experience design lead, product thinker, systems shaper, and people-first optimist. I care deeply about creating design that matters — for users, for teams, and for business. 
With over a decade of experience across cross-disciplinary design — from costume design to digital products — I’ve led large-scale projects and cross-functional teams that have impacted millions. I specialize in experience strategy and digital product design, with deep expertise in the consumer banking & financial services sector.
I’m also a co-owner of a restaurant group, where I apply service design and digital strategy to improve the end-to-end guest experience. This hands-on role deepens my passion for the intersection of physical and digital design — especially in hospitality, where experience is everything. 

As a design leader, I believe in building trust through collaboration, curiosity, and clarity. I champion both teams and stakeholders, shaping design practices that empower people to do their best work and deliver meaningful outcomes.
Outside of work, I’m an active contributor to the design community. I speak on design leadership, user empathy, and career growth, and I host a regular networking and mentoring meetup in Jersey City — helping connect and support the next generation of design talent. I’m also a proud volunteer with a local cat rescue organization, where I help foster animals, fundraise, and advocate for adoption and animal welfare.
I’m currently leading experience design initiatives that redefine how people — especially younger generations and families — connect with and manage their financial futures.
